Mike Sherman was named head football coach for the Texas A&M Aggies on November 26, 2007.

Mike Sherman is sure to bring plenty of excitement to the Texas A&M football team. Sherman is a well rounded coach in both the college arena and the NFL. Sherman spent time as an assistant coach for the Texas A&M Aggies in the early 1990's and most recently spending time as the assistant head coach for the NFL Houston Texans. Perhaps Mike Sherman is most well known for his six years as the head coach for the NFL Green Bay Packers. With the Packers, Mike Sherman led the team to five winning seasons and had the opportunity to coach great athletes like quarterback Brett Favre.
